鈥淚鈥檝e worked at 黑料情报站 Putney Academy for eight years, and one of the things I鈥檝e really enjoyed is that I鈥檝e always continued to learn. Each time I鈥檝e moved role, I鈥檝e received specific training focused on my area and what I was doing. It鈥檚 training grounded in the research and what we鈥檙e trying to achieve for our teachers and students, and how we can best put it into our day-to-day practice.鈥�

I remember when I became VP, I had to lead our first inset day with staff. Live coaching on the spot from my colleagues, headteacher and executive principal meant I was able to deliver a very high standard inset, and we saw real outcomes as a result of the training.鈥�
