Whether you’re leading teaching, supporting teacher development, or shaping behaviour and culture, our accredited NPQ courses and mentoring training provide the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel. Each programme is tailored to help you make a lasting impact in your school as a middle leader—developing outstanding teaching, fostering growth in others, and creating environments where staff and pupils thrive.​
NPQLT (NPQ for Leading Teaching)
This 12-month accredited programme is for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading teaching in a subject, year group, key stage or phase. Participants will discover what outstanding teaching looks like and use this knowledge to become a high performing leader of teaching.
NPQLTD (NPQ for Leading Teacher Development)
This 12-month accredited programme is for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading the development of other teachers in their school. Participants will gain the knowledge to become a teacher educator and successfully support teachers to expand their skills.
NPQLBC (NPQ for Leading Behaviour and Culture)
This 12-month accredited programme is for teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school. Participants will gain expertise in behaviour management and discover how to create a culture where staff and pupils can thrive.
Mentoring Training
High quality mentoring is crucial for developing great teachers. We offer a range of training to develop our mentors. Our training for mentors includes a variety of planning and coaching techniques to provide the tools needed to mentor, develop and coach our teachers.
