Schools from across the 黑料情报站 network have been paddling for victory in a tense table tennis tournament at .
Players from Isaac Newton, , , , and came together in a test of speed, agility and sportsmanship at the tournament.
The day also saw students treated to an exhibition match with Gavin Rumgay, Scotland鈥檚 top tennis player and a Commonwealth bronze medal-holder. Gavin, who impressed with his demonstration of professional-level speed, later took to Twitter to say that he鈥檇 enjoyed meeting students.
Burlington Danes鈥 team emerged as the tournament鈥檚 winners for the fifth year running, with three team members being ranked top players overall.
The tournament was supported by , who supplied equipment and staffing to the event. Focus coach Olav Stahl said: 鈥淭he event was a huge success 鈥 it was basically run by the children with a little help from us, the adults! No arguing, no messing around, no cheating; just passion, joy and fun to play table tennis.
